Returns

 
We happily accept returns within 14-days after the delivery date.

 
Items are refundable if they meet the following requirements:
- Item/s must be in original condition with hygiene seal remaining in place.
- Items must not be worn, altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them.

*We can not accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
We recommend briefly fitting your item over your underwear
*In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, we ask to let us know within 48 hours from the delivery time by emailing photos and a description of the imperfection to: info@lazuralabel.com
 

How do I return?

- Visit our returns center: Lazura Label Returns
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
*Any costs related to returning an item will be covered by the customer.
 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

*We offer free shipping on orders over €50 placed in The Netherlands
